1.1. Personal Data: For the purposes of providing the services and processing your queries, orders and other information requests, eMedia will require and collect details from you such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP Address and other contact and billing details.

Sensitive Personal Data: If you subscribe to, download, install and/or use any of the Apps to help you to monitor, diarize and/or record information relating to your health and/or the health of your patients, this data will be uploaded, encrypted, and stored by you on the secure servers of our partners.

System Entries: The medical information and/or material relating to your personal health and medical history that you may, at your discretion, enter from time to time on to any of our Apps is your sensitive personal data. You decide which of your sensitive personal data to enter and you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the sensitive personal data you enter on to such Apps. Your account on the Apps may be password protected and encrypted, depending on the  Apps [and the account options selected by you]. (The EEA currently comprises all European Union member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.)
